This program is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical trial leaders, particularly investigators and clinical research project managers as they transition from managing trials at a single site to leading multicenter clinical trials. Ideal candidates are those in the early phase of leading a multicenter trial, who have recently received funding, or who have submitted a grant application. Our goal is to improve the quality and efficiency of these complex studies by providing comprehensive and targeted training.
