The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is excited to announce the OpenSpecimen Community Meet (OSCON) will be held in Salt Lake City, June 3-4, 2024 co-hosted by the Biomedical Informatics Core of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute.
The event will be held at the Hotel Monaco in Downtown Salt Lake, at 15 W 200 S.
About OSCON:
A two-day annual event for OpenSpecimen current and prospective users. Apart from networking with users from other institutions, it includes:
- Demos & workshops for new users
- Training and usability testing
- Product roadmap and feedback sessions
- Talks by adopters about their experiences and best practices.
- University of Utah presentation featuring the OpenSpecimen CTSI infrastructure and use cases.

The event is a great way to meet and hear from other implementors or OpenSpecimen, learn about new features and talk with the product team. Anyone interested in exploring the platform or those that are currently using the system are welcome to join.
