For the second year, The Office of the Associate VP for Health Equity and Inclusion, and American Indian Resource Center has co-sponsored a "Blessing the Journey" ceremony to welcome American Indians and their families to the University of Utah health sciences community. The blessing was performed by Rupert Steele, an elder from the Confedrated Tribes of the Goshute.
Utah CCTS welcomes new KL2 scholar Jeremiah Alt, M.D., Ph.D., who took part in this year's ceremony on August 20.
