Design Studio Experts & Team

Studio Experts

These faculty and staff are the subject matter experts for the studio, offering their knowledge and expert opinions to the requesting investigator. The Design Studio team will work with the investigator to identify the appropriate experts for a given studio, pulling from:

Members of CTSI’s Research & Science Advisors Committee
Experts from CTSI’s cores & services
Clinical Research Committee or Clinical Research Working Group recommendations
Clinical & translational experts from across the University of Utah and CTSI partner organizations

Studio Manager

This team member supports the studio from intake to completion. They clarify and expand on elements discussed during initial consult, assemble experts, oversee scheduling of the studio, and coordinate preparations with the facilitator. They are the primary point of contact for all involved in the studio.

Facilitator

Your Design Studio will be assigned a facilitator from our leadership team. The facilitator will oversee the Studio Manager in the preparation of the studio. They will facilitate the studio session and work with the Studio Manager to prepare the Design Studio summary report.
