The January Clinical Research Staff Foundations (CRSF) cohort is accepting new students. Enrollment priority will be given to newly hired and/or inexperienced coordinators.
The curriculum was developed with input from multiple research managers and research education experts across campus.
Topics include: orientation to human subjects research, research ethics, lifecycle of a research project, overview of research types, structure of a research team, compliance, specimen handling, SOPs, informed consent, epic training, data entry & quality, protocol comprehension, IRB, community research, genetics/genomics intro, and career path exploration.
Class begins January 19, 2026
