Naomi Flake, BS, is the Studio Coordinator for the Community Collaboration & Engagement Team. Having previously served as a Program Coordinator for Social Innovation, Ms. Flake has mentored interdisciplinary teams, recruited participants, and facilitated focus groups for program quality improvement. As co-founder of Maame, a mobile maternal health program, Ms. Flake has experience advocating for communities while working to improve maternal health in rural Ghanaian communities. Her interactions with diverse groups have provided her with the skills to be respectful, reliable, and relatable in collaborating and communicating with partners, community members, and other stakeholders.
